Suppose to be the worst rain in years that didn't come in yesterday and
hasn't come in yet. As a result, I'm driving my truck. (|:(
Although I am hopelessly addicted to several weather websites, I HATE
weather forecasts. This rain insanity has been going on for two days. So
far, nary a drop has fallen here.

Paul C, you are suppose to get up to 5 feet of snow up your way. Hows it
going there?

In the winter, whenever you guys get dumped on, we get what's left a day or
two later. Snow too in the high country.

It's getting moist here in Ventura but certainly nothing like what has been
predicted. I could have ridden the CBR last night and not gotten a drop on
my.
Crap!

This morning, they're reporting 65 mph gusts on the
Golden Gate bridge and 100 mph+ gusts in the Sierras
along with 2-5" of rain locally.
Probably a good day to leave the bike parked or at least
pack several changes of underwear.

65mph gusts on the Golden gate Bri.....
Say, Kesti could get out there on his Wing and sail back and forth across
the Golden Gate Bridge, with the motor shut off.
Imagine how quiet it would be for him. There wouldn't be any loud Harley's
on the road. So, he'd have nothing to complain about. Fortunately howling
wind and clanging steel noise, with 18 wheelers being blown about, wouldn't
bother him in the least.
