Er... one minor point -- how does it keep from falling over
when stopped? Maybe that thing on the side looking like
an air scoop actually folds down... there also appears
to be a wheel built into it.

Not in construction anymore. Replacement (by the same manufacturer) is
the http://www.monotracer.ch
BMW 4 cylinder engine.
89500 USD, plus around 10000 for options.
But then, it only consumes 3.4l to the 100 km. Big savings :)

Forget about it. It's a rich man's toy and you'd be better off driving
a Jeep in the winter while saving your motorcycles for the dry season.
