Buy the Geo Tracker.

My understanding is that the whole reason for mating a BMW
engine with a Dnepr transmission is that the Dnepr output shaft
turns the opposite direction from that of the BMW.
Seems like someone of your talents should have no trouble
persuading the BMW engine to simply run backwards. :-)

Or if it's not a driven sidecar wheel, maybe transplant
the whole drivetrain including final drive and wheel, leaving
you with only some mounting problems for the swing arm
and shocks.
I definitely like the idea of making the BMW motor run
backwards though. After all, how many unforseen problems
could there possibly be in that idea ? Apart from running
the hypoid gears backwards anyway.

You guys are missing the obvious. Turn the seat around and make it a
front wheel drive rear wheel steering motorcycle.
Sheesh.

Or flip it over and drive off the top of the wheel.
