The "Actual Riders" have their own private google group. Too bad they don't
stay there.

Wonder how that was done.....the measurement, that is.
Don't think the CHP had radar, as the military barely did, and I doubt they
had anything fast enough to "pace". Time and distance would work but
anybody could do that. Don't think that was common practice for cops back
then either. A slight embellishment, maybe? ;-)
