Sounds like the show is about a bicycle. None of the Walmarts 'round
here sell motorcycles.

We bought one at a Checker Auto on Oahu. It came with a "Certificate of
Origin". Problem is, I never got a title while in Hawaii. Since Checker
Auto never had a dealer's license in Montana I can't get a Montana title
with the Certificate of Origin. Without a title I can't get an OHV
sticker. It now sits in storage and can't be ridden on the road or off...

Not for the first time, I think the USA's 'title' regulations and
controls are ludicrous.....
