I've been getting that off and on lately . Using OE and posting thru
Teranews ... but the posts do go thru after a couple of tries .

My understanding of the NNTP protocol would be that it has to be a
local issue (between your PC and the server you're connected to).
I think NNTP is essentially a mirroring and propagation protocol.
