You could probably re-dye the thing black, although it would never look
quit uniform.

Note that it is practically impossible to dye something a lighter
color.  I'm referrintg to REAL dying, which involves a stain that
penetrates the fibers.  Given the purple and orange, you might be able
to do something else but with black, your only choice (assuming you
want the jacket to look  reasonably uniform (and have the colors be
predictable) is black.

Most of what is generally referred to as "dying" is really painting or
simply applying a color on the surface of the leather.  For a garment
that gets as much use as a jacket, I'd be concerned with the coating
scratching/wearing/peeling off.
