WAF usually sort of low on the Fireblade.
At 80 you're midrange. GPS shows a nifty 168mph.
Sold after 10 months and more than 20 000mi of pure bliss.

Nice nice nice. Though I don't plan on 20k in less than a year, that's what
the ST has been for, after all, I do plan on a lot of that pure bliss stuff
no matter how many miles I put on the bike.
May I ask why you parted with the beast? Also, it looks as though you kept
it stock, as far as I could tell anyway. Were you ever tempted to buy
risers? Other than a tank bag, I'm pretty happy as-is.

Wasn't either
But the Fireblade IS addiction.
Major addiction.

Easy
This is Yurp.
Speed, here, is pure evil.
And the Fireblade is pure speed,
with adrenaline sprinkled on it.
Besides, trying to unload a liter hypersport bike
with that kind of miles on it, is not easy.

Full stock.
Tankbag, inherited from the 1300 the Fireblade replaced,
same with GPS.
No changes to the bars, fairing, seat or footrests.
You'll figure out.
Once the right position, and the adapted shocks settings are found,
trial and error are your friends,
the Fireblade is efficient and ***VERY*** comfortable.

V (11 twin) Even at speeds a ST can't dream of.
