All of my BMWs had a momentary switch position to flash the high beam as do
newer cars but I know of no other bikes (that does not mean there are none).
Harleys flash all four turn signals if you pusy both (R&L) turn switches.

Suzuki has both Hazard and Passing light switches on the cruisers. I
assume most of their other style bikes have them as well.

My Conc has a switch for 4-way/hazard lights.
