I would expect as much. The Ballistic 5.0 pants and jacket I have
(with all the pockets and that neat map pocket) don't give me much air
flow when I'm moving. I really only notice airflow when it is below
40F outside. Well maybe they aren't quite that bad. It's that
waterproof liner they have. It's also air proof. So the vents, such
as they are, don't do much.
