I ice almost every night I bought a Battle Creek Equipment "Ice It",
reasonably priced.. I bought the model for the back so it will completely
wrap around my leg. Then I place an ice pack on my ankle. I have to talk to
the doctor about the ankle. It wasn't involved in the break but it swells
and needs icing. Man I miss the hospital drugs. But not the outrageous pain
that left me screaming in the lonely hospital night.

7 months and 7 operations. I still haven't the ability to reason accurately.
