Yup. And the proof that it "happens a lot" is that nobody reports it
happening.
Interestingly enough, this method of logic also proves that George Bush had
the CIA knock down the WTC so he could blame it on the radical Muslims, that
Martin Luther King was a Communist, and that the world is flat.
