Ah, yes, overseas tech support. In thirty minutes they can do what a
skilled technician can do in thirty seconds. I do give them credit for
being nearly unflappable, though.

The term is "wring". And no, I'm not, but these folks also work on customer
retention. "I am pissed and going to kill you" doesn't work. "I am pissed
and ready to return your POS and purchase your competitor's product" does.
