    Yep.

The corruption at the UN is basically a distillation and
refinement of the worst combined government corruption in the world,
grown carefully in an incubator for 50 years.

Now they want a nice new building for $ 3,000,000,000 or so.

I say, let's help them build a new building.  In Montana.
Real estate, materials, and labor are very reasonably priced, housing
could be readily created as needed for about $ 50,000 / residence, the
state could use the money, there's lots of open space to walk around
and gather their ambassadorial thoughts.

It could all be done for ~ 10 % of what they want in NYC, and
it would free up 16 acres of downtown Manhattan for something
productive for a change.

Let's see how fast all those ambassadors from Nigeria and
Haiti and Somalia and so forth, who are living in home-country-paid
multi-million dollar Manhattan penthouses now, with limos on staff and
5th avenue shopping and Broadway nightlife and 5 star restaurants etc
etc, go for it.

I've heard of a ruthless dictator whose priorities were A )
remain in power, and B ) resume his ambitions of domination of the
Middle East via ny and all means possible.  I've heard that he had
BILLIONS of dollars coming in to HIM PERSONALLY ( as opposed to his
countrry ), during 'sanctions' that were designed to stop exactly
that.

I've heard that he lied, and convinced the entire world,
including the intelligence services of EVERY COUNTRY, including the US
Congress ( for example, Shrillary and others ), that he had WMD.  Even
his own generals believed it.

I am convinced that, based on his 30 year history, he was a
snake that would NEVER give up 'pushing the limits', never give up
trying to regain WMD, never give up trying to find an opening to
pursue his plans.  I am convinced that there was one way, and one way
only, to stop him - the death of himself, the distruption of his line
of inheritance to his sons, and the demolition of his organization.
