I don't know of one, but I'd add a couple of TV shows--"Dark Angel" and
"Dollhouse" (Eliza Dushku riding a Ducati in _heels_ at one point).  And
"Ratatoille" has a hilarious chase scene involving a Vespa, not to
mention that the female lead rides a sportsbike but I'm not sure if it's
a particular model or totally a figment of the artists' imaginations.
Way back in the 1969 there was the TV series "Then Came Bronson",
featuring Micheal Parks on a Sportster.  Around the same timeframe was
Marcus Welby, MD, where Welby's sidekick, played by James Brolin, rode a
motorcycle of some variety, I forget what.  I seem to recall a dotty old
broad with a sidecar in "The Russians Are Coming, the Russians are
Coming".  Then there are the movies "Girl on a Motorcycle" and "Electra-
Glide in Blue".  And the TV series "CHiPs".  I also recall seeing a
movie a while back about US motorcycle troops in WWII but I can't recall
the title.  But that reminds me of "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade"
which has a motorcycle chase.  One of the "Bourne" movies did as well.
And at one point Emma Peel rode off into the sunset with Steed in the
sidecar.  And Spike (James Marsters) rides a motorcycle in a number of
episodes of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", while Wesley Wyndham-Price's
(Alexis Denisof) first appearance in "Angel" is on one.

The last episode of MASH.  B.J. gets a Chinese sidehack, takes the side car off,
paints it yellow, and rides off into the sunset.
