What a fricken mess!
I called Wiseco today and told them what I wanted. They basically said
the same as JE. They need the old piston, the volume of the combustion
chamber, and $1200 dollars for the piston. $1200 freakin dollars for one
piston? I asked the guy if Wiseco has been in business for 60 years like
you claim, why the heck don't you have a CAD drawing of a XL350 piston?
He said they've never made one.You mean to tell me that in the past 60
years, you haven't made one piston for a XL350? Unbelievable.
I want a 81mm piston for this bike. I know I can get an off the shelf
86mm, but want to stay with-in the class size for the bike. If I went to
the 86mm (412cc) I'd have to race against 600cc bikes.

Why don't you just bore it to 1 MM over and use the $66 pistons from
ServiceHonda.com?

So use that one and stack two head gaskets. That'll bring you pretty close to
10:1.

But then he won't be sticking to the displacement limit for his class.

Here they are,

Drip fluid in from a burette and subtract amount from empty volume.
