Citizens Against Government Waste used to have a special section for
the late Senator. It was called Byrd Droppings.

Of course it's a scam when gov't spending is used to benefit the lives
of poor, hard working citizens involved in the wealth creation of our
country. However, when it is spent on toys for super secret govie
cops that benefits eastern Virginians like Timsey, then of course it
is money well spent...
