One can go to any Harley Store, and purchase cut off Blue Jean jackets,
shipped from the factory I believe. So If I did that, and wore the
likely $75 new jackett,would I have to deal with people thinking I was
some kind of a MC Club Member? hmmmmm?

Dude, you have probably *never* seen an outlaw in his "originals". You
probably have never even *heard* of originals. You can't *buy* originals in a
Harley $tealership.

And you'd be rather well advised not to wear them without
appropriate permissions even if you did. Club colors are considered
club property, not individual property.
