Anybody who's ever grabbed a squirrel when a kid will understand that

I remember my uncle "catching" a rather large squirrel many
years ago. His "catch" only lasted for a couple of moments
before the squirrel's teeth had penetrated into the thumb
joint. The squirrel's jaws are just as good at cracking
knuckles as they are nuts. The last time I saw my uncle,
the scar remained as a reminder.
