This is so laughably wrong that it's hard to know what to say.
I just put Dutch Crime Rate into Google and got this.

Suzuki TS250ER Coo, down to just five bikes!
If you don't know what you're doing, don't do it. And RTFM.

Bikes cost about the same in the Netherlands as in the UK. Scandinavia
is the expensive place.
I just Googled on Google.nl and got a price for the Desmosedici of
65,000 euros. No idea where you got your price.
And there's nothing under EU law to stop the Dutch trundling a few miles
in any direction, across their borders, and buying a bike in Germany or
Belgium

A friend in Finland says he could save a bundle by buying in Germany.

Hmm, average to above average. Guess that proves the work hard, play
hard theory? ;^)

Still doesn't stop Krusty trying to be the expert, though. It's also
amazing to see how easily people swallow stuff they read in the papers.
I mean, in today's Mail on Sunday, a rather right-wing top-selling
Sunday newspaper, a columnist was ranting about immigration, saying that
Britain is now the world's second-most densely populated country.
It's just nonsense. But people will believe it if it's written
somewhere. Like Drain Man believes what he reads on the kook sites.
Actually, I just looked it up. We're in 52nd place.
