Hondas seems to be more susceptible to the headlight going off due to
a duff starter switch. With the Kwaks, it's _always_ the junction box.

I've had it happen with a Honda once, less than a year old at the
time. The actual cause was metal flashing on the housing causing the
switch to stick just enough to heat up and deform. My Yamaha several
times due to age and use. My Kawasaki's switch was gone when I got it
(free bike). I replaced it with a push button from Radio Shack and
that lasted 40,000 miles.

Pressed Send to soon. I'll keep the junction box in mind next time
something happens. Might want to check the battery too. I've seem some
weird things happen with battery problems.
