I elected to do an engine transplant on Geraldine, and, once parts
arrived, I wound up putting the backup engine (older but a lot fewer
miles) in on the hottest day of the year ... so far.  I couldn't eat
and zoned out in front of the TV with brandy and apple juice.

Finishing up the next day, I had a stomach ache that wouldn't quit
until I rode out to a country bar for a burger and fries.
