Just saw a commercial on late night TV from this guy:
http://www.callsam.com/
There were several motorcycle accident victims boasting of their large
settlements.
The mystery to me is why a personal injury attorney would have a late night
commercial specifically tuned towards motorcycle accidents. Most of the
other commericials I've seen involve personal injury.

Because cagers are liable in most motorcycle accidents and most accidents
cause some personal injury - a gold mine for ambulance chasers. And I'm all
for it. The same cager that can see a kid running into the street cannot
'see' a bike, even with a headlight, because his brain doesn't recognize the
bike as a threat. The kid is a threat thanks to lawyers.

Really? IIRC one of the first one of those ads I've seen was in the
late 90's or early 2000's. Guys like this (motorcycle specific) have
been around since at least the mid-90's when I picked up the card for
one in Texas. <shrug> I guess you hadn't noticed the ad's until
latelty. No biggie when you think about it.

There are a lot of ambulance chasing attorneys in California who
specialize in
motorcycle accidents in our state where 25% of *all* motorcycles in
the USA are registered.
The owner of the internationally known Rock Store didn't want to fight
with the
famous ambulance chasing Russ Brown who set up a table with brochures
on his property next to the store entrance *every* weekend, so he just
said that Russ Brown was in no way connected with the RS.
I never had any words with Brown, I just stared at his bizarre
customized Harley and he stared back at me, as if daring me to
ridicule it...

Yeah right, you've never been there AND IF things happened the way you
said he was most likely worried you'd make a pass at him or launch off
on some tirade about ghu knows what...
