The FX race prior to the Moto-ST race was stopped twice from lightning.
There were some SERIOUS T-Storms all weekend in this area. But luckily
it didn't rain MUCH in RA until after about 8:30PM.
MOST of the teams ran rain tires at the start of the race, because the
entire area was experiencing heavy rain, and golfball sized hail. But,
luckily, it didn't rain real hard.
