Yup. We all know that healthy, well-trained, 200 lb+ Texas police
officers often feel so frightened of little old ladies that they feel
it necessary to tase them rather than simply spin them around and cuff
'em.

Forgot...not surprised. It was travis county after all. Heck the used
to pull over every motorcyclist that even looked like they were
