I'm kind of thinking they want to rename and relocate both her and her

Ok, so I'll be the one to axe the obvious question: how do you go about
surveying terrorists? Show up at their madrassa or desert training camp
in between cruise missile strikes with a clip board? Or arrange for
a pop-up screen on their web browser? No, no, wait, I got it -- you
tele-survey them. Try to catch them at mealtime, and speak with
a Hebrew accent. That's sure to win their friendly co-operation.
