I had a short in the handle control for the light and signal. It blew
the fuse
and the fuse for the carburetor heaters. I fixed the short and
replaced all
blown fuses, but now the bike has issues running. What do
you think I shorted
out??

What year and model Vstar are you talking about? it's hard to help somebody
who doesn't tell us exactly what he has in the first message.
