It looks like 'Wild Hogs' was closer to the truth than I suspected! :)
I applauded the 'individual' among you who parked 'not like the
others'......until I saw the next pic where he was toeing the line. :(
Cracked up at the thought of cleaning my bike 1/2 way through a ride.
Hope you had harley polishing cloths.
The old steam train looks great.....I like old restored things,
especially things with fires!
Only a couple of weeks until school holidays and the boys go to their
mums for a week.......I see some time off coming up! I will get around
to taking my camera next time.

It's much worse than you suspect! Three of the guys are motor cops,
so you even have to mount and dismount per department standards.
However, I will say, they show an admirable (?) lack of respect for
the law when it comes to noise emission standards!

I thought that when they were off duty they would do all the 'rebel'
stuff, like deliberately getting off the 'wrong' side of the bike,
parking 'nose in' and riding a dirty bike!
Do they ride Harley's when on duty?
Our cops have such a bad reputation (for not getting 'off the job') that
even the good ones get left out in the cold when it comes to rides. I
suppose drinking, smoking, speeding bikes is not a place they can relax
around. :)
