I putter around on a 09' EX250...no flat spots in the fueling at all
altitudes and speeds.

Isn't that how you are supposed to ride the wifes motorcycle when
outside the city limits.

hmph, 2,500 people roughly AND town limits are maybe a half mile from
the front door after that it's 70mph limit that I seem to never slow
down to until I get to Browing. THEN The roads get interesting. US89
to St Marys have a cuppa joe, turn around go to Kiowa, make a right on
to looking glass mountain road (twisty with hyper elevation changes)
to east glacier park and US2/US89 to Kallispell and an even better
cuppa and lunch at Montana coffee traders. After than I have to
decide, backtrack home OR take back roads through the mountains to
Helena and a really, REALLY, REALLY boring road back home. Though
there are side roads that are mildly diverting(if one is dying of
bordom) through Choutoe<sic> where Dave lives (that letterman guy) and
home.
VERY boring ride except for the deer, moose, antelope, bear, cattle,
horses than can be on the road.
Look it up on google maps or similar...it's dull but it's mine. 8^\
