054 is a lovely picture. Would have been even better with a lsower
shutter speed to smooth and blur the water flow. Oh, and a bit more
exposure time ;-)
Well, snow always plays merry hell with light metering.

Now wait just a sec... You want a slower shutter speed AND more exposure
time?
