Now that is an excellent idea. I see Stephen making an instructional
video on several "Bikercizes" for the riding public.
Could be a new career there for you. <g>
Kidding aside I could see those as a good way to combat fatigue as
well as fend off cramps. I will give it a try during my next long day
in the saddle.

One thing great about my Wing is that I can stand up straight, shake a leg
out, etc.

Hehe... Nahhh... I don't much care for being on the lens end of the
camera.

Just make sure you don't do it somewhere that someone might mistake
your movements as an indication to turn... :)
