You don't "post" to eBay; you advertise things for sale there. And yes; eBay
wants you to *have* a helmet if you're going to advertise one for sale on
their site.
Insurance? *Lots* of eBay sellers suggest insurance on the items they're
selling, and some even provide it free as part of the shipping charges.

In other words, they're self-insured and use FedEx or UPS trackage
packing so they're sure it won't get lost and they get to keep your
dollar.
