This is a problem that will evade solution by cleaning, unless the float
needle is specifically removed and the cavity in which it rides cleaned
with a swab. I think it's a likely candidate.

Were the carbs leaking before you took them apart
for the first time ? If they were leaking before you took
them apart, you might replace the float needle and floats.
If they only started leaking after you took them apart and
put them back together, you have likely assembled them
wrong and need a manual and/or some help.

If all the carbs are leaking it seems much more likely that you have
set the floats wrong. I assume you cleaned the float valves and
looked them over for damage. What are the chances of all the valves
sticking? I would suggest you read the book about setting the floats
again. If you did everything by the book then I would suggest setting
the floats so that they close the valve when the fuel is a bit lower
in the bowl. That is, if setting the float with the carb turned
upside down, set the float higher. You can always put them back if it
doesn't help.
