| It's a lot easier to work on a truck than an RV. I rebuilt an engine in
an
| ambulance once. It comes out through the grille.
|
And much easier to get parts for a truck than an older motorhome.
I spent a week in a truck stop waiting for a Winnibago radiator instead of
at Vintage Days at Mid-Ohio.

| If you go with truck and trailer, you can use the truck for other things
and
| your wife won't come home and find you're out circling the mall in your
house.
| If you go with a self-powered RV, you have to unhook it and pack
everything up
| just to go to the grocery store.

Unless you have a "toad".
Sean should post his questions to rec.outdoors.rv.travel ...
It's "personality" is much like reeky motorcycles.

I just bought a 1997 32' Fleetwood Wilderness 5th wheel
with 2 opposing slide-outs in the living room. More spacious
than living in an 7x7 rectangular tunnel. There's room
for parking a bike under the overhang.
