Hello,
I recently purchased a 1975 Honda CB750. I'm having trouble identifying
the model letter (K, F, etc) and the VIN is not the 11-digit version
adopted in the 80's.
Does anyone know of a good way to identify the model of the bike,
besides the pricey identification guide? I've searched the closest shop
manuals I could find, which cover the 750 and 750F, searched online VIN
lookup tables and tools, and inspected the bike itself with no luck.
Many thanks to the group for any help on this issue,
Sergeant Tibbs

Not necessarily. Could be an F1.

Google is your friend....
google images for Honda CB750* and it should throw up a heap of images,
match one to your bike and dive onto the page to see which the owner thinks
it is?

Why do you need to know? If it is so you can buy parts it probably does
not make much difference now. You buy what you can find that fits!
