Hi,
When pulling the clutch lever the clutch do not release in full. Also
bike do not start when in gear and clutch is pulled, will only start
when in neutral. Clutch plates recently replaced and still in good
condition. Is there anybody that can give me some pointers in finding
the problem and solving it.
Thanks

First, make sure there's enough fluid in the clutch master cylinder.
If that's OK, you may have to bleed air out of the clutch slave
cylinder.
I have found that opening and closing the bleeder screw doesn't work
very well, so I unbolt the clutch slave cylinder and use a phillips
screwdriver to
gently push the piston back as far as it will go.
I let the slave cylinder hang down on the hose so any air bubbles will
go back up the clutch hose to the master cylinder.
Then I can bolt the slave cylinder back onto the engine and pump up
hydraulic pressure until the clutch releases fully.
Some people use a Mighty-Vac to suck air out of the clutch fluid
system by attaching it to the bleeder screw. Problem is, the Mighty-
Vac will also suck *air* past the threads of the bleeder screw when
it's loosened.
