Coburg, OR. I looked it up, actually I was a bit off on their figures.

Their "best" year was 2003-2004 when they fetched $774K comprising
around 50% of their budget.

In 2006-2007 they fetched $324K comprising 30% of their budget

The worst speed trap in Oregon used to be a little town called Jordan
Valley. Back in the 70s they got almost all of their budget from speeding
tickets. I don't know if that's still the case or not.

I drove through Jordan Valley about four times in 1972 and never had
any
problem with the police there. I had to stop and have my battery
charged twice though.
