I dont have too much expirience with choppers.I have this 15 ci V twin
chopper now and I have done some mechanical works on my own.I'm not the
first owner and the nearest servise of Intyler choppers is 300 miles
away.I have tried to adjust the rear fork but I seamed to loose one of the
spacers so I dont know the right dimension to make a new one.Anyone with
an idea?

If the spacer is just a "distance piece" taking up space on the rear
axle, you might just take the axle down to a hardware store and buy
several large washers that will slip over the axle. A stack of washers
where a spacer belongs might not look so neat, but I won't tell anybody
if you won't...
If the spacer has to fit precisely inside the sprocket side oil seal,
you will need the right part. You could call up the dealer and tell him
what part you need and have him ship it to you...
Or you might take the axle and wheel to some old retired machinist who
still likes to make parts on his lathe in his little shop and if you
talk real nice to the old guy he might just make you a spacer just to
show you he is still valuable to society...
