Hi Guys,
What's the best way to remove old stickers from a tank? These are just
misc. stickers the a previous owner stuck on the tank, not sure why.
I don't want to damage the paint when removing them. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Tim

1. Blowtorch
2. Angle grinder.
3. "Sticky Label Remover"

Sure, as long as you plan on re-painting the tank.

Warm the area gently with a hair dryer, and peel off from the
corners inwards.
I was quite suprised once to see this work on a car inspection
sticker on a windshield, 'razor cut anti-removal' and
'anti-removal-F's-up-if-you-try ink' features and all.

Thanks for the input Guys.
I Googled it as well, and seems my best bet is the hair dryer/Goo Gone
combo. The tank is on the bike right now, as it is still being ridden.
I suppose I should drain it before taking the hair dryer to it. lol
