Hello...I'm getting a rubbing sound coming from the front wheel when I
walk my bike. Each time my wheel makes a full rotation I hear the rub
sound. Could this be a sign that I need brake shoes or bearings? I
have a '98 Honda Shadow VLX 600 CD

Or the tire is out of round and hitting the fender?

My bet is an out-of-true brake disc that's rubbing on the brake pad
every revolution.
