Yes, run flat motorcycle tires have been available since the early
1980's.
Google for Bridgestone's "Introduction to Motorcycle Tires".

Rider demands on tires:

Why would Bridgestone talk about "run flat performance" if their tires
didn't exhibit such performance? The Japs would be too embarassed to
let the concept enter the discussion if they couldn't claim their
technology was adequate to deal with the problem.
