Anybody know if the final drive from a '94 750 Vulcan is
interchangeable with a 2001 drive. Or, where I could find the info
needed?

Go to www.buykawasaki.com and click on the link for manuals and
technical information. That will lead you to the parts diagrams so you
can compare part numbers and see just what the difference might be...
