Look for "plastic solvent" or similar at a hobby/model shop. In the U.S.,
that's usually pure MEK. Actually welds styrene.

Hi Guys,
I'm sure there must be several ways to go about this. Could some of
you share how you have been able to successfully remove dents from gas
tanks? I absolutely hate the thought of bondo or fiberglass.
