I installed a fender eliminator kit and everything is working fine except the
tag light keeps flashing. everything is grounded right and connected right. I
just can't figure out y it is flashing.

Any thoughts, anybody?

You didn't connect something properly and have a wonky contact.

Replace the bulb. It may be on the verge of failure (broken filament).
And while the bulb is out, check the spring tension in the bottom of the
socket.

thanks for the input guys... the jumper method didn't work out ... i am going
with the bulbs being messed up... the company is already sending me a
replacement part.
