2006 Honda CRF 80

 

I just picked this bike up for my son. I forgot to ask the seller if
he had an owners manual. Does anyone know if these bikes have under
seat storage for tool kits and owners manuals?  Also, what type oil is
used in the engine? Thanks

There is no provision for tool storage under the seat (or anywhere
else).  Use a normal automotive motor oil in the engine such as 10W-30
or 10W-40 - personally, I use Rotella T 15W-40 diesel oil.  There is
no oil filter, so you're better off using cheap oil and changing it
often (every 5-10 hours).

Ditto's on the Rottella T 15w-40. Change it every 3 tanks of gas and
that little XR will be around for your grandchildren to ride.
