It was a great place to learn about all things Gas Gas.

Jim, thanks for keeping it around as long as you did.

On the "good news, bad news" front, our son has pretty much taken claim to
my '03 EC300.

The folks in Spain have _NO_ idea how much Jim Cook & Company did on
GG's behalf. I cannot express in words how important Jim Cook was to
our success.

Wow, you're right about it being a sad day...on several different
levels. There's a lot of good information in that forum that's going
to be lost forever.

Thank you all for the kind sentiments.
The fact is that traffic was way down on the site.
After considering different options, I decided to just let it die a
quick and graceful death, instead of lingering around the web forever.

Before it was taken down, David Jones let me download the forum to
my computer, so those files are not lost (at least until my computer
dies). If anyone wants a copy, and we can talk Scrape into rigging up
some sort of FTP, I'll be happy to share.

I also have (on my computer) all the manuals that we had available
for download. I'll be happy to share any of those with anyone who is
interested.

Dave, if your son takes your EC300, what are you going to ride?

Take care,

Jim
