Ooops, looks like I was only looking at one model. The other one says
it's waterproof underwater even....

From what I can tell, the above quote is for the OPS version, the
Micro has this for specs:
"Integrated waterproof design lets you shoot underwater without the
need for an external waterproof case.
Patented Dive-Lock Switch prevents water pressure from shutting down
video... lets you shoot underwater to a depth of 100 Feet (or 30.5
Meters).
This design also protects against spray, mud, grease, rain, and snow."
