Hey, All!
Throw a bit of adhesive on your bars, hairspray in your new grips, and
Voila! They slip on well and adhere! Can this work with new
graphics? Spray hairspray on the plastics and lay down the new
graphics - it seems as tho they too would slide around a bit to make a
great fit and then dry in the appropriate position. Has anyone tried
this or does anyone have a better solution?
I never do a great job with new graphics using my small squeegee
and/or credit card to take the bubbles out…. Although it's mostly a
"positioning" challenge… Any tips?
Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've used dilute soap/water solution, and windex. I think I like windex
best--it dries pretty quickly, but while wet gives you a small
opportunity to slide things around. I don't think you want the added
lacquer in hairspray

Do you pop the bubbles with a pin?

Do you guys use a heat gun to "adjust" the plastics memory and make it
shape to the plastic? Do you put the plastic down hot too?
I have been working with some graphics and I am having problems laying
down, especially the clear backed graphics. Thanks.
