If you were going to park a bike a long time between uses. In an unheated
garage. 6 months . And drain the carbs and tank. And wanted to get on it
and go. After adding gas. and checking tires and oil.
What would it be.

Anything from a reputable manufacturer. And keep the tires off the floor.

So what ARE you planning? Do you want advice on buying a used bike?
Advice on storing a bike you already own? Or something completely different?
If you're going to store a 1980 Kawasaki KDX175 for 10 years, drain the
carb and clean ALL the shit out of it when you take it out of storage.
Maybe replace jets, maybe just run wire through them. Pay particular
attention to the idle jets. I still need to do that last part.

Advice on keeping it running when its not getting used much and has to be
stored through 6 months of snow in an unheated garage.
