I had a friend the rode a Baja back in the early 70s. Every
once and a while the extremely heavy, brass flywheel would
shear off the Woodruff key that kept it indexed to the crank
shaft. I guess that when the key sheared off the flywheel
didn't rotate too far on the crank, just enough for the
thing to start up running backwards. It used to be quite
funny to watch that thing shoot backwards when trying to
pull a hole-shot. The company that built the Italian harley
imports ended up becoming Cagiva.

Buell's got more money and has been in the motorcycle business
before.

I wanted Cannondale to make it.  I'd like to see Buell do it too.
